Defaqto's annual service survey asks financial advisers to share your views about the level of service you receive from product providers like TAM. Defaqto look at several different aspects of service quality, and for those providers that earn the highest overall satisfaction scores, they give a Gold or Silver Rating.

Defaqto will only rate a product provider once they've received a minimum number of responses, so we would be extremely grateful to you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to complete the survey. 

As a thank you for your time, you will be entered into Defaqto's prize draw to win one of two £250 Amazon vouchers. Your participation will also contribute towards a charitable donation of up to £500 to the National Trust who will use this donation to plant and establish trees to benefit wildlife, people and the climate for years to come.
