Lester Petch


Lester is Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and founder of TAM, with over 35 years investment management experience in major Institutional Investment Institutions as a Regional and Global Investment Manager. He originally trained as an Investment Analyst before becoming a Manager of direct investment portfolios in the Life and Pension Fund industry for such companies as Royal Insurance, PosTel Investment Management and Target Group. He has a Joint BSc Hons Degree in Politics and Law from Southampton University, is a Fellow of the Securities Institute and a graduate of the Investment Management Programme of the London Business School.

James Penny


James joined our investment management team in 2014 as an Investment Analyst and is now our Senior Investment Manager. Prior to joining TAM, James worked at UBS AG New York within the banks options trading division. UBS AG relocated him to their Investment Banking division headquartered in London where he specialised in both global equities and derivatives within the banks' growing Portfolio Trading Division. James brings significant financial market experience to our investment team from a global career within one of the largest financial institutions in the world. A disciplined and methodological approach to global investing is one of the core themes James has instilled at TAM.

Stephanie Sotiriou

Investment Manager

Stephanie joined our investment management team in 2015 as an Assistant Investment Analyst, focusing on supporting in the fund research and selection process. She has progressed to become one of the team's Investment Managers, with a specific focus on managing TAM’s ethical portfolios. Stephanie brings with her significant knowledge in economics and finance, after graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the summer of 2015. Stephanie also holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is currently working towards her Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) credential.

Eric Williamson

Investment Analyst

Following several internships with the company, Eric joined the Investment Team permanently in 2016 as an Investment Analyst, with added focus on supporting trade execution. He has a first-class degree in Finance, Investment & Risk from Glasgow Caledonian University and the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), as well as previous experience working with Financial Advisers in Glasgow. In addition to sitting on the Investment Management Committee and contributing to portfolio and fund analysis for TAM’s Investment Managers, Eric now heads the Execution team on a day-to-day basis, as well as helping to support the execution operations of TAM International.

Ruxandra Iftimie

Operations Analyst

Roxy joined our investment management team in 2019 as an Operations Analyst, focusing on supporting the trade execution team on a day-to day basis. She graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2018 with a master’s degree in Investment Banking. Prior to joining TAM, Roxy has completed several internships in the industry, where she developed a broad financial knowledge and skillset.

Jean-Michael Ipock

Product Development & Risk Management

Jean-Michael joined our investment management team in 2019 as a Product Development Specialist focused on supporting the wide range of portfolio management duties - through the development of systems and analytics; additionally, to enhance and optimise investment solutions. Prior to joining TAM, Jean-Michael worked within Front Office Investment Technology at Schroders plc; with his most recent assignment within the Multi-Asset Core team which specialised in developing proprietary tools for multi-asset fund managers and traders. Jean-Michael brings with him a broad technical and mathematical skillset having graduated with a master’s degree in Astronautics and Space Engineering from Cranfield University in Spring 2017. He has also attained his Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
