John DelaneyHead of Business Development
John is a Graduate in Business Studies from Leeds University and his principle role is Business Development. John has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working for a number of life and pension companies, including NPI, Scottish Mutual and Scottish Provident International as Senior Sales Consultant and Regional Manager. John was formerly Vice President Sales UK for Orbitex Investments Limited. John holds the Cert PFS from the Personal Finance Society and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI) and is also qualified to hold the Certificate in Securities.
Stephanie BarkwayHead of Marketing & Charities
Stephanie joined the team in 2014 to develop our range of ethical and charitable products. She brings with her significant experience of charity and philanthropic work, and has held a number of communication based roles within the charity sector. Her passion and enthusiasm for ethical investment is a key attribution she brings to TAM. Stephanie graduated from Brighton University with First Class Honours in Business Management specialising in Public Relations and Marketing. She received the Natural PR Prize for outstanding performance in the Public Relations elective.
Joseph TerryBusiness Development Manager - Advisory & Partnerships
Joseph has 7 years’ experience dealing with intermediary clients within the Financial Services industry. He has previously worked for M&G Investments & Janus Henderson Investors (formerly Henderson Global Investors) focusing on a both retail and partnership accounts. Joseph was also part of the team that brought the Vitality Invest proposition to market in 2018.
Kris NockerBusiness Development & Marketing Manager
Kris joined TAM from a large life institution and has helped to develop the business through building key partnerships with financial advisers. He has worked in financial services since University, helping find solutions for businesses of all size, up to direct dealing with Directors of FTSE companies. Kris spent some additional time in building digital marketing strategies, growing online engagement and lead generation through planning successful social and digital marketing ideas. Kris holds the Investment Management Certificate and both a bachelor and a Masters degree from Strathclyde University.
David TerryBusiness Development Executive
David is based in The North East where he has worked within Business Development for the past 12 years. He has previously worked within the Welfare to Work industry acting as an integral part of the team that introduced Ingeus to the Tyne and Wear region. His focus was on building strong relationships across the area, building a portfolio of customers to service the government contract. David has also gained valuable experience as a Utilities Broker working for the largest consultancy in the UK.
